As a professional elopement photographer based on the island, I have the incredible privilege of capturing the raw beauty of couples in one of the most breathtaking locations on Earth… I seriously feel like I have to pinch myself sometimes! Whether you’re planning a cozy, intimate ceremony surrounded by towering trees or a cliffside vow exchange overlooking the ocean, your elopement on Vancouver Island will be nothing short of magical.

Eloping can be a huge decision, but planning it doesn’t have to be overwhelming! From the moment you inquire with me, I’ll work closely with you to help design an elopement that truly reflects your vision and style and you as a couple! Every couple I work with is unique, so I get to know you and your partner and tailor everything from location suggestions to the timing of your ceremony to ensure it is a perfect reflection of your love story.
You can expect help with:
Location Recommendations: Vancouver Island has a stunning variety of landscapes, from lush rainforests to rugged coastal cliffs, alpine meadows, and sandy beaches. Based on your preferences, I’ll suggest locations that best suit the vibe you're aiming for.
Vendors: Whether you need help finding an officiant, florist, or hair and makeup artist, I have a trusted team of highly experienced professionals that I will connect you with. Plus, I’ll assist with any travel arrangements and accommodation recommendations. I even offer the option of upgrading to an all-inclusive package, in which I take care of ALL your vendor coordination and communication.
Timeline Assistance: I’ll help you craft a timeline that maximizes light for your portraits, while also fitting seamlessly with the flow of your ceremony and celebration.

Complete Flexibility: Life doesn’t always go according to plan, and sometimes weather or other circumstances can change unexpectedly, especially on the island. I’m here to roll with the punches and am always solution-focused. Whether we’re adapting to an unexpected rainstorm or shifting plans due to a late arrival, we will find a way to keep everything on track with the main goal of getting you and your partner hitched.

Stunning Landscape Shots: Vancouver Island’s landscapes are an absolute dream, and I’ll make sure to frame you and your partner against the most awe-inspiring backdrops. Whether it’s a misty forest, a mossy mountain side, or a pristine beach at sunset, I’ll find the perfect spots to tell the story of your day through breathtaking scenery.
Attention to Detail: I believe that every little detail matters and adds to the story of your day. I always aim to photograph the elements that are uniquely special to you, from the rings and the bouquet to those intimate moments you might not have even noticed. I always love a good sneaky candid!
4. A Fully Customized Package for You
One of the biggest advantages of eloping is the ability to have a wedding experience that is 100% tailored to your unique needs. With me, you’ll have the flexibility to customize your elopement package so it aligns with your vision. First and foremost, I offer photography however I do offer the option up upgrading to an all-inclusive elopement package that is completely designed by you and your wants and needs.
Some of the options I offer include:
Photography Coverage: Whether you want a full day of photography or just a few hours, I’ll work with you to ensure we have enough time to capture all the key moments. As to not rush through your day and because I truly believe that your elopement day is more than a portrait session, my packages begin at 3 hours coverage.
Adventure Sessions: If you’re up for a bit of adventure, I can guide you through a hiking elopement or a scenic road trip to multiple locations, ensuring we get all the incredible spots you have on your bucket list.
Vendor recommendations: It is always important to me to source vendors local to your elopement locations. This helps to keep travel fees down and supports local economy on the island. I have had the privledge of working with incredible vendors all over the island so am very confident in finding you the perfect vendor match for your elopement day.
5. Post-Elopement: Your Story Unfolds
Once your elopement day is over, I’ll be hard at work editing and curating the best images from your day. You can expect:
A Sneak Peek: Within one week, you’ll receive a sneak peek of some of my favorite photos, so you can relive your day almost instantly.
Full Gallery: You’ll receive a private, online gallery within 6-8 weeks (in peak season). You can download, share your gallery with friends and family and even purchase fine art prints. I always encourage you to download your images, however I will not delete your online gallery.
